Our Story
From the heart of Rotterdam, The Netherlands, we at CodeIQ found ourselves facing a common frustration: existing helpdesk solutions were either too complex or lacked the efficiency we needed.
True to Rotterdam's spirit of innovation and practicality, we decided to build our own solution. In late 2023, we started sketching out what would become Fluxdesk. By summer 2024, the first lines of code were written in our office overlooking the Maas river.
What began as an internal tool quickly caught the attention of other companies facing similar challenges. By the end of 2024, we made the bold decision to transform Fluxdesk into a SaaS solution. In 2025, we launched with a clear mission: to provide a helpdesk system that prioritizes productivity over unnecessary complexity.
